HTTP.sys can be found in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers.
HTTP.sys is a compressed windows system file which is does not have a visible window. HTTP.sys does not pose any security threat as it is a Microsoft signed file. HTTP.sys should not be deleted or stopped from loading or else the windows might cease to work.
